Even when you have down time, you're so keyed up it takes you a long time to let the tension go.
That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing.

Such as fibromyalgia, shoulder tension and pain,headaches and chronic pain conditions is what I am passionate about. I became a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner in 1998.I am very experienced in working with clients diagnosed with fibromyalgia. This aliment is what personally brought me to become a practitioner. I have experienced greater flexibility and pain relief from receiving Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions and also using self care routines to help myself daily. I am one of the self-empowerment (self-care) instructors at Key Elements for Health. I am also an animal lover. I raise and show Boston Terriers in conformation and agility competition and instruct classes for our local 4-H Dog Project, Tailwaggers. Therefore it is only natural for me to also give sessions to all kinds of animals. From large animals (horses and cattle) to medium size (dogs and cats) to small animals like birds.
